This book has sold millions of copies around the world. Slimming groups such as Weight Watchers and Super Slimmers have large numbers of clients on their books. The number of people with subscriptions due gyms and health clubs is also rising.

With rates of obesity increasing rapidly in the Western world there is a huge demand for weight loss products. People worried about their weight or the way they look will continue to demand these products. Unless there is a major change of people’s lifestyle this will continue to grow.
